Job Description

1.    Leadership Quality to Motivate and Energize team of young Engineers & their SENIOR functional Heads in the pulsating sphere of Product Development / Product Engineering , & Technical Sales.  

2.    Mechanical Engineer (Degree) with experience in Design / Development & Technical Sales of Down Hole Completion tools for Oil and Gas industry

3.    Proficiency in Solid works Software for Design, 3-D Models, Simulation & FEA Analytics. Also in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.

4.    Numerate and comfortable with Statistical Basics

5.    Knowledge on Non-Destructive Tests like LPT, MT, UT and RT

6.    Preferably familiar with Global Standards, especially API & ISO (API Q1 / ISO 9001-2015; API Specs 5CT,11D1, 14L,19AC, 19LH & ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 )

7.    Written & Spoken Communication Skills in Hindi, & English

8.    Ability to coordinate Cross-Functional projects, including Product/Prototype Validation & hands-on trouble shooting where required.

9.    Will interface functionally & administratively with the Managing Director with Close result-oriented interface with other Senior Functional & Corporate Heads.

10.  Age / Designation & CTC Package: Best in Industry & No constraint for the right candidate.

11.  Medium Term Career : Performance-based rise to Vice President level .
