JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION

Position: Telecaller

JOB LOCATION

Chennai, Tamilnadu

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) English and Tamil is preferred.
2) Hindi (or) Telugu (or) Kanada (or) Malayalam is a must.
3) Should handle customer queries and solve the queries.
4) Multi language skill is an added advantage.
5) Calculate and transmit daily reports to superior.
6) Ability to communicate on various levels with superiors, customers.
7) Should be persistent, patient, and sensitive to customers needs and apprehensions




CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Any Graduate with 6 months of experience
